A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the remainder of the current school year at a K-12 school in Dallas, TX. This contract role requires on-site presence to perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and support student development across all grade levels.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting in-person psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing counseling and behavioral support to students as needed
- Assisting in the identification of students' academic, social, and emotional needs
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
Desired Qualifications And Experience
- Certified School Psychologist credential and relevant state licensure
- Proven experience conducting K-12 psychological evaluations in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with special education laws and procedures
